How Decision Kills Worry 🔪🩸
The word decision comes from the Latin decidere: To cut off, cut out, mark by cutting, settle, choose as a course of action.
It’s impossible to second-guess a decision. Because there are no other options to second-guess with.
When you make a decision, you cut off every other possibility. At this point, nothing else, other than the decision you’ve made, can possibly happen.
Which means, post-decision, there is nothing to worry, stress, or be fearful about. There are no other possible outcomes besides the one that you have decided.
So, to rid yourself of internal stress, start making decisions. From there, the only thing to think about are the actions that make the decision produce results.
But, there is no question as to whether or not it will happen. Your decision has already determined that.
