🤔 Group or Personal Coach?
[Disclaimer: If you’re earning less than six figures per year, this is NOT for you.]
I talk to a lot of coaches, and coaches who coach coaches.
Many of them espouse the trend of moving all of their value-delivery towards group offerings. It makes sense: You leverage time and effort, let people connect with each other, all while still serving people and getting paid.
I get it, and I do offer group options.
BUT, I also like working with people individually.
I like getting to know people on an intimate level. Knowing the ins and outs of their lives that go beyond work / money-making desires, and helping them navigate that stuff.
For anyone I work with 1-on-1, there are no guardrails on our conversations.
Husband / wife issues.
Kids.
(Extended) Family matters.
Business things.
Staff challenges.
Health, fitness & nutrition.
Some would call this “life coaching.” Too cheesy a term for me.
I’m a strategic adviser.
We look at your situations, formulate plans, and execute while making adjustments along the way.
Our personal and business lives often overlap. What happens in one affects the other.
